La Tavola is an event not to be missed! Join your fellow neighbors for an evening of Italian food, drink and music, scheduled to take place outside of Christ the King Parish - 5 Job's Fishing Rd, Mashpee, MA 02649 - from 5:30pm to 8:00pm on Friday, August 1, 2025.
Mashpee is transformed into Little Italy for this one special night of magic. Our 400 dinner guests will be treated to a five-course Italian feast catered by Pink Door Catering. While guests dine, they will be serenaded by Aaron Caruso, the Italian Tenor. Steeple Street Music Academy will also present several young performers to wow the crowds.
All proceeds benefit the Mashpee Chamber Scholarship Fund and #ShopMashpee campaigns.

Day of events details for ticket holders:
We are excited to bring this wonderful event back for it's 18th year. Below you will find some important information for the event.
Date/Time/Location: Friday, August 1 from 5:30pm - 8pm behind Christ the King Parish - 5 Job's Fishing Rd. Mashpee, MA 02649
Parking: Please park in Mashpee Commons or along Steeple St. or Job's Fishing Rd. and walk over to rear parking lot of Christ the King Parish. Handicap parking will be available in that parking lot for those that need it.
Check-in/Tickets: Registration will open at 5:15pm. You do not need a physical ticket for entry into the event. We will have a registration list at our check-in table where you will provide your name and receive your table assignment. If there any changes to your registrants or you have not yet provided names for any of your tickets, please email us as soon as possible - info@mashpeechamber.com
Drink Tickets: Each attendee will receive ONE drink ticket that can be used for a complimentary glass of chianti or a soda/water. All other drinks offered at the bar will be available for purchase. Cash is strongly preferred. (Thank you!!)
Restrooms: Bathrooms will be available inside Christ the King Parish.
Raffle/Silent Auction: A 50/50 raffle fundraiser will be held at the event - $20 for 20 tickets - with a maximum payout of $500. There will also be a silent auction with items from local businesses. A raffle winner and auction winners will be announced around 7:30pm. Payment for silent auction items is required that evening. We will accept cash, check or credit cards.
Outside Alcohol: Per our permit with the town, no outside alcohol is permitted at the event.
Leftovers: Food is served family style and is served in quantities of 8 so please be prepared to share with your table mates! You are welcome to bring a container to take home any leftover food from your meal.
Payment Methods: Cash is strongly preferred for all purchases at the event!
Weather: The event will take place regardless of weather. We do have a rain back-up location and will notify you the day of the event if we need to use it.

The Mashpee Chamber of Commerce needs your help to make the 18th Annual La Tavola, Italian Feast Under the Stars, the best event of the summer. La Tavola is a fundraiser for the Mashpee Chamber Scholarship Fund and other Chamber initiatives.
We serve a multi-course meal to 400 guests, run a bar, set up before dinner, clean up after, sell raffles, and have a blast doing it. The more help we have, the better the night is for everyone involved.
Do you have kitchen, bartending, or serving experience? Are you strong? Are you good at organizing groups of people? Do you love talking to people and helping others?
